Adult intake 1 hour: $600

F & W Psychiatric Services offers comprehensive adult inpatient psychiatric intake evaluations for individuals across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Each evaluation, conducted by a triple-board-certified psychiatrist, focuses on understanding the individual’s mental health history, symptoms, and treatment goals. Our outpatient concierge services emphasize stabilization, evidence-based therapy, and personalized recovery planning, helping patients manage depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other acute psychiatric conditions. Services are offered both virtually and in person at our Colts Neck, New Jersey location.

Child/adolescent intake 1.5 hours : $700

Our child inpatient psychiatric intake services provide specialized, family-centered evaluations for children and adolescents throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Our child and adolescent psychiatrists carefully assess emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns to create individualized treatment plans. Using trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches,we prioritize safety, family involvement, and emotional growth. Of course, at these visits, prescriptions are considered, but medication’s are a small variable in the equation to getting better. We prescribed conservatively, but appropriately.  Appointments are available virtually or in person at our Colts Neck, NJ office.

Adult follow up 15min: $250

Adult follow up 30min:$300

We provide continuing psychiatric care and follow-up services for adults across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, supporting long-term stability and mental wellness. Our adult follow-ups include medication management, relapse prevention, and evidence-based psychotherapy to sustain progress after inpatient or outpatient treatment. Patients can choose in-person sessions at our Colts Neck office or virtual care for convenient access to ongoing psychiatric support.

Child/adolescent follow up 30 minutes: $300

Child/adolescent follow up 50 minutes $550

Our child and adolescent psychiatric follow-up care helps young patients and their families maintain emotional stability after hospitalization or outpatient treatment. We strive to enhance your children’s experience and help guide them to excel an all domains.  We focus on behavioral monitoring, therapy integration, family guidance to ensure continued progress and resilience, Nd Medication supports.  Services are available virtually and in person throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as in person at our Colts Neck, NJ, office, offering flexible access to child-focused mental health care.

Our forensic psychiatry consultation services offer specialized evaluations and expert testimony for legal proceedings across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Led by a board-certified forensic psychiatrist, we conduct competency to stand trial, mental status at the time of the offense, NGRI evaluation and recertification, psychiatric damages, medical malpractice, certificates of merit and risk assessments grounded in clinical accuracy and ethical integrity. Our forensic reports combine medical precision with professional objectivity to support sound legal outcomes.
